Recurring/Scheduled Re-Training
Provide an option to re-train knowledge base documents every n time, like every day, every week and so on. At first this makes sense only for URL sources but eventually external sources will also need it.
Configuration will be on resource level but a batch operation should be possible to select x amount of resources and set their re-training schedule.

This would be especially helpful for ecommerce or event sites for sports and competitions that run over an extended period of time.
