Provide analytics insights into usage of chatbots by visitors. Average time spent in chatbots, clicks to external links etc.

The most important thing for me would be the sentiment analysis of all messages over a certain period of time.
This would be a helpful feature and a way to improve the UI/UX by changing things like the welcome message, suggested messages, images, and colours. Helpful data points: - Number of clicks (total and unique) - Chat open duration - Number of pages opened - Number of engagements per session - External link clicks - Mobile vs Desktop usage
Critical !. This will improve dramatically the usefulness of TinyTalk for us, the busy Admins.
